Refund policy

Return/Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. If you believe that a product purchased at Willy's 420 Supplies is defective or damaged in the delivery process, please contact us at sales@willys420.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right. 

Any order cancellations must be made within 12 hours, or before the package has been shipped, whichever comes first. Any order cancellations will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If an order needs to be cancelled due to the customers import laws, a 10% restocking fee will also apply.

Defective products are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Willy's 420 Supplies (Four Two Oh Supplies Inc.) is not responsible for any malfunctioning or the warranty of any products. All warranties must be dealt with by the manufacturer of the product.

At no point can Willy's refund the cost of shipping.

Items marked "Online only" are final sale and cannot be refunded once the order is placed.

8000Kicks Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 3 days of receiving your 8000Kicks to arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund. Footwear must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, and in original packaging. All costs associated to returning the shoes are at the customers expense. There will be a $25 CAD restocking fee on every pair that is returned.
