 Shipping Policy

Vaporizers CANNOT be shipped to the United States. It is up to the customer to understand their import laws and up to the customer to assume responsibility for their package. Willy's 420 Supplies is not responsible or liable for any package seizures at International borders or any shipping fees associated. If you place an order for vaporizers to the the US, you will be charged a 10% transaction/restocking fee.

At Willy’s, we strive for the highest quality and fastest service in the industry. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving final payment, with the exception of orders listed as "online only". This is an estimated time as there may be unforeseen circumstances affecting our ability to process your order in the 3 business day window. 

Any order cancellations must be made within 12 hours, or before the package has been shipped, whichever comes first. Any order cancellations will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If any of the items ordered are not available, Willy’s will contact you via email with alternate product options or an estimated backorder time.

Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via email. Willy’s will send out a separate email with shipping details and applicable tracking information once it becomes available.

 

All shipments are subject to delays. Once the package is in the hands of the courier, Willy's 420 Supplies is not responsible for any delays, charges or missing items from the shipping provider; or any delays due to the item being processed through border crossings/customs. Willy's is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

If an item can not be delivered, the shipping company will either re-attempt delivery or hold the item at a local pick up location. If you are unable to receive the parcel, it may be sent back to Willy’s; at which point we will contact you to determine the next steps. Willy’s is not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to re-delivery.

Willy's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. 

All orders and shipments will require photo ID showing that you are 19+.

All of our products are sold on a duty unpaid basis. If your delivery address is outside of Canada you may have to pay import duties and/or taxes, which are imposed when the shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for any duties and taxes due upon delivery. Please consult with your local Customs and/or Tax professional for further details.
